computer issues at work today so bad that I had to reimage it.. bad of it, no puter all day, good.. its just as new now hopefully now my private messages will work and I can type in all oh forums! heres my day drive to work - iso fruit pink lemonade shake breakfast - 3oz. ground beef, 1/2 cup corn medium iced coffee, xmilk lunch - protein muffin snack - carob, spirilina bar dinner - 8 popcorn shrimp exercise - 45 min walking water - 3 - 16oz bottles vitamins - all in today hows everyone doing today?

Wednesday Drive to work: 2 lite babybel cheese pieces Breakfast: multigrain bagel with peanut butter and sliced banana Lunch: turkey and black bean salsa wrap Snack: SF jello cup and SF caramel pudding Dinner: half of a grilled chicken breast and 1/2 cup of black beans Snack: NSA Fudgsicle Water: 70 ounces Vitamins: all in Exercise: cardio at the gym 45 minutes between eliptical and treadmill Hugs, Stephanie
