Just a relaxing night at home.. Last night we watched Disturbia, anyone seen it? Good movie!!
haven't done much today, did go grocery shopping for the week. Tomorrow I'll cook so everythings ready and I'm not running out of the house unprepared
heres my day
drive to appt - 2 packaged blueberry protein muffins
lunch - lo mein noodles
dinner - 2oz steak and an ear of corn
snack - rest of the steak
vitamins - taking them now
water - not enough, 3-16oz bottles
exercise - none..

Saturday
Breakfast: toast
Lunch: ham sandwich
Dinner: chinese take-out - chicken with veggies and a little pork fried rice
Sunday
Breakfast: leftover chinese
Lunch/Dinner: had the family over for a BBQ - hamburger plus a spoonful of potato salad, macaroni salad and spiniach salad and a couple of bites of cheesecake for dessert
