WDYET?? *** TUESDAY ***
busy day at the office, but still had time to sneak out to the 9's for a quick lunch ;)
just a quick post, then its back to the grind. hope everyones having a good day!
drive to work
green lemonade
breakfast - 2 protein muffins (packaged one is smaller than my recipe)
medium toasted marshmallow iced coffee, xmilk
lunch - almost half a lunch serving of chicken ziti broccoli
nothing from now til dinner, im stuffed
dinner - grilled shrimp
Crazy here too!
Snack: 2 Light Baby Bel cheese pieces
Breakfast: bagel with cream cheese at a meeting
Lunch: turkey, black bean and salsa wrap
Snack: lite applesauce cup and SF caramel pudding
Dinner: grilled hamburger wrapped in lettuce and a salad
Snack: NSA Fudgsicle
Water: 40 ounces so far
Vitamins: all in
Exercise: nothing for my body, but my brain has had quite the workout today!
This turned out to be a horrible eating day!
Breakfast: 1 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese; 1/2 cup grapes
Lunch: 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich on texas toast (it was dripping with grease) and 2 horribly greasy (barely edible) french fries.
I met a friend for lunch and everything on the menu was either deep fat fried or dripping with grease! I thought I would 'splurge' and get what I was craving but it just made me feel miserable.
Dinner: My nephew has been gone for a week so my mom had a 'welcome home' party. My nephew's dinner choice? Hot dogs. Like I said, a horrible eating day! I had one on a bun along with a few baby carrots and grapes. Now I am nauseous. I doubt I have anything else to eat today.
