WDYET?? *** WEDNESDAY ***
another long day, but atleast we made it to hump day!
heres my day
drive to work -
breakfast -
medium toasted marshmallow iced coffee, xmilk
lunch - 1/2 dunkin donuts low carb bagel w/ light veggie cream cheese, 1/2cup fruit salad
snack - 100 calorie cheese curls shouldn't have grabbed a bag at the last meeting, if I didn't I wouldn't have missed them...
dinner - shaved steak with cheese, onions and mushrooms
exercise - 45 min walk
vitamins - taking them now
water - 4 - 16oz bottles.

Here's what I had today:
Protein Coffee
LF cheddar cheese - 1 oz
Peanut Butter Ritz Bits - 1 snack bag throughout morning
LF Cheddar Cheese - 1 oz
1/2 ham and lettuce/tomato wrap
SF, FF frozen yogurt
White cheddar Cheez its
1/2 cheeseburger patty, no bun
1/2 c/ pasta/veggie/cheese salad
1 SF Dove Chocolate Bite
OK, so I see I eat too often throughout the day. I need to concentrate on three meals with 2 snacks. If I can do that, then I will cut my calories down. Right now they are around 1800, and I cannot exercise because I had my hernia surgery two weeks ago and I can't do anything but walk right now. So, I will work on the meal/snack timing tomorrow, that is my goal.

Breakfast: multigrain bagel with peanut butter and sliced banana
Lunch: turkey sandwich with lettuce, swiss cheese, and dijon mustard
Snack: grapes and cherries
Dinner: grilled chicken, tossed salad and 1/2 an ear of corn on the cob
Snack: NSA Fudgsicle and more grapes
Water: 60 ounces
Exercise: does scrubbing the floor on my hands and knees count?
