WDYET?? *** WEDNESDAY ***
wow the day has come and gone! I'm running off to a meeting again but heres my day in a nut shell!
drive to work - iso fruit cantaloupe shake
breakfast - protein muffin
medium coconut iced coffee, xmilk, 3 splenda
lunch - 3oz cold sesame noodles and a couple pieces of dried tamarind
dinner - piece of lasagna
snack - celery and peanut butter
exercise - 35 minute walk
water - 4 16oz bottles
vitamins - took them
hows everyone doing, wheres everyone, hows the work outs going, etc, etc, etc? let us know!
No one's eating this week? It's so much more fun when everyone plays along!
B: protein coffee
L: 3oz beef roast on lettuce w/veggies and dressing
2 T. fresh guacamole w/a few chips
S: apple with cheddar cheese
later... 4 mini SF chocolates
D: not feeling good (i think it's the chocolates )
....Super green protein shake
exer: 45 min. elliptical
vits done
water 90oz

Lunch: sandwich with ham, lettuce, pickles and dijon mustard
Snack: lite applesauce cup and SF caramel pudding cup
Dinner: grilled chicken breast, roasted red potatoes and steamed zucchini
Snack: NSA Fudgsicle
Vitamins: took them all
Exercise: nada - my day off
Water: 70 ounces
