ok todays a quick post as I'm suppose to be in a meeting at 1 (oops) lol
Im craving peanut butter!! not sure what thats about and NO don't throw any type of pregnancy jinx my way!! lol
haven't planned and need to grocery shop, doing that after work so I stay on track
drive to work -
breakfast -
medium coconut iced coffee, xmilk, 3 splenda
lunch - weight control oatmeal with smart milk
dinner - cold sesame noodles (lo mein noodles in a peanut sauce, that should fix the pb craving!)
exercise - walk to dunkins, no time for extra today
vitamins - took them
water - tons in so far
