Prosciutto wrapped asparagus
S: sugar snap peas w/ranch
water: 50oz so far, 50 to go
vits, need my calcium
exer trying to head to the gym....but it's SSOOOOOO HOT!!!

I was a very bad girl yesterday. I will not do that again, if I ever get that hungry again, I will beat myself with a broom.
Nanette...I just reviewed you log entry there is nothing horrible on that list of food...you are being too hard on yourself....I think you are doing wonderful.....I get in almost 1400 cals a day...I wish I could still get away with 648 cals per day...you must have the weight still flying off...you are doing a great job
