B: protein coffee L: 1 chicken thigh 1 cup spinach salad w/dressing S: 5 hearts of palm 2 oz cheese D: More chicken leftovers! Prosciutto wrapped asparagus S: sugar snap peas w/ranch water: 50oz so far, 50 to go vits, need my calcium exer trying to head to the gym....but it's SSOOOOOO HOT!!! have a great wkend

Nanette...I just reviewed you log entry there is nothing horrible on that list of food...you are being too hard on yourself....I think you are doing wonderful.....I get in almost 1400 cals a day...I wish I could still get away with 648 cals per day...you must have the weight still flying off...you are doing a great job Jannine 357/165/160
