Quick post, heading to another meeting. Today hasn't been a great day with food, but here it is so far..
drive to work - medium coconut iced coffee, xmilk, 3 splenda
nectar cappuccino with coconut iced coffee
breakfast - protein muffin
lunch - wheat roll with butter
exercise - none
vitamins - took them
water - 2 - 16oz waters
gotta run! have a good day everyone

Want to lose 5 more pounds so going back to "basics" and strict low carb for a while to see what happens.
