Learning to Adapt
Hiya. Just wanted you to know that you are not alone! I too would love to be 199.9. We'll both get there someday. I try to look at each day as a new day. If I eat something I shouldn't, I tell myself that my next snack or meal must be healthy. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
The bottom line is, we are healthier than we were and can continue to lose if we keep trying. I'm right there with you!
