Did ya think I disappeared?! I haven't been on here since last Friday I think (except for a couple of replies yesterday). I haven't slacked off, I just haven't had time to post. Quickly for yesterdays exercise, I went for a very brisk walk for 30 min and then did my circuit training. It was hard but good. The walk was really nice. It was the perfect temperature last night. Now for my weekend...The girls retreat was good. We had a few issues with the two girls staying in my room. For some reason the difficult children tend to flock to me. I am not a pushover either so I don't know why they like me so much. Anyway, besides the fact that my two girls do not get along and bickered all weekend (I can take that) the worst part of the trip was that one girl (10yrs old) got diarreah and didn't sit on the toilet properly and well, lets just say that the walls, floor, back of the toilet, trash can...you get the picture. It was awful!!! I had to tie a towel around my face so I could get the ick cleaned up. Then we made the girl disinfect the entire bathroom. The smell lingered for several hours but thankfully by the time we had to be back in our rooms it was gone. This is the second trip that this girl has done this on. Back in the fall she did this in a McDonald's bathroom!! She is not mentally or physically disabled. She told us she had to go and we rushed her to the bathroom. She just didn't sit properly. I have to talk to her mother tonight to let her know that this has happened twice now. (the last leader didn't tell the mom about what happened last fall) The mother did not tell us of any medical problems. The mother is not easy to talk to. In previous situations she has not listened to the leaders and believes her daughter does not do anything wrong. One time the little girl was yelling at me and I took her to mom because I am not going to stand for that. The mom immediately asked her daughter what "they" did to her. She did not ever make her apologize to me nor did she want to hear what I had to say. She had her daughter explain what happened, which was not entirely true and wouldn't listen to me. So tonight is not going to be fun. Other than that the weekend was okay. I got plenty of walking in so I feel that exercise was taken care of. Oh, we had a tire blow out on our truck so I had to change the tire. Thankfully I know how to do that. My daughter was driving and ran up over a curb. She is always taking her right turns too close and this one cost us. But everyone was safe so that is good. No I do not have AAA. We are taking care of that this week!!! Well, I hope everyone's weekend & the week so far have been wonderful. I am going for a walk today since I forgot my gym clothes. I was off on Monday and I workout at home on Tuesdays so I forgot that I needed to bring in the gym clothes today. Have a great day!! Robin
