ok much better day today! This conference (today and tomorrow) are much smaller than the one we had on Tues and Wed. I feel like I've been more in control of getting my meals in, its only lunch time now and I'm ready for lunch.. heres my day (the best one so far) drive to work - 2 drinkable yogurts (so much for 1...) breakfast - 2 blueberry protein muffins 1/2 medium coconut iced coffee, xmilk, 3 splenda lunch - hawaiian chicken pasta salad 1/2 medium coconut iced coffee with a scoop of nectar cappuccino protein drive home - blueberry protein muffin dinner - morning star farms burger exercise - 35 min walk at lunch water - 52 oz in so far vitamins - taking them now!

I am doing a little better today too. But not the best yet... Before I left the house - a 1 inch square piece of brownie with frosting - I bought them for the dessert reception tonight - I hate having that stuff around, it's too hard to pass up!! ride to work - protein hot cocoa Breakfast - cottage cheese, mandarin oranges & mixed fruit Lunch - lunchmeat, swiss cheese, baby spinach leaves, low fat catalina dressing and 1 oz of cheddar cheese Snack - cherries (which are still very expensive but I didn't realize that until I bought them!) I am not sure what I am doing for dinner yet. My daughters band concert is right after work and then there is a dessert reception! EVIL!! If I eat there then I'll just end my day with another protein hot cocoa so I can keep up the protein but not the calories. exercise - already posted about that vits - doing good water - only about 10 oz so far but I am sipping away!!
