happy hump day everyone!!
I skipped my coffee today and am ready for a nap!!! So much for all this "energy" they talk about post-op.. I think the surgery gods skipped me when that trait was given out on 3/13! ;)
Here's my day in a nutshell...
drive to work - 2 drinkable yogurts
breakfast - 1 drinkable yogurt
lunch - 2 protein muffins
drive home - 1 drinkable yogurt
dinner - hawaiian chicken pasta salad
exercise - bike
vitamins - taking them now
water - 2 - 16oz bottles down, 2 more to go!
