WDYET?? *** MONDAY ***
Monday again, its going to be a busy week for me as I have 2 different conferences to attend (tues and wed) (thurs and fri) but I'm going to TRY and be good with foods, and still want to journal to stay on track even though I might not get my regular walks in this week
today hasnt been a great day, but here it is
drive to work - medium vanilla caramel iced coffee, xmilk, 3 splenda
breakfast - 2 protein muffins
and.... thats it so far.. I just looked at the clock and can't believe its 2!!
I made a delicious hawaiian chicken pasta salad this weekend and plan to eat it all week for lunch, but since I have a few more things to do before work ends and I leave in an hour.. I'll start eating it tomorrow instead
drive home - 2oz chicken from a 1/2 wrap
dinner - 1/2 celeste cheese pizza with an oz of chicken w/ hot sauce.
water - baaaaaaaaddd
exercise - none so far
