skin removal

When I first started my weight loss journey I never thought I would want or need to have any excess skin removed. Well, now nearly 15 months later I have an appointment next week for a consult with a surgeon. Hoping insurance approves. I have a hernia that has to be repaired so I'm hoping to have both done at the same time. Any feedback would be helpful. Good questions to ask at consult???
