Almost the weekend again!
Just got back from a long walk and feel great!
food has been good today, I've read a couple places that sometimes too much dairy causes a plateau so I'm going to try and cut back on my drinkable yogurts. Instead of 2 in the morning and 1 driving home I'll have 1 in the am and 1 driving home to see if that helps...
heres my day
drive to work - 1 drinkable yogurt
breakfast - 3/4c. special k with 1/3 c. smart milk
snack - 1 drinkable yogurt
lunch - SBD sesame chicken meal minus the ww wrap and sf jello
dinner - rest of the chili
vitamins - just took em'
water - finishing my 3rd 16oz bottle
exercise - 45 minute walk

Breakfast: regular oatmeal with a sliced banana
Lunch: steak tips with sauteed mushrooms
Snack: lite applesauce cup and a sugar free caramel pudding cup
Dinner: cup of mushroom soup
Water: 50 ounces
Exercise: worked from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. - no time for anything else!
Vitamins: all in
