6/5 exercise
Well, I went to the gym and did 20 min on the eliptical. I had to stop after that because I got really nauseaus and shakey and light headed, like I was dumping only I didn't eat anything bad today. I think I might need to drink more water. Maybe I am a little dehydrated. I am going to try and do a little more cardio tonight along with my circuit training. I can do all of the exercise except the leg extension maching, from home. I'll improvise for that one.

I was going to reply last night, but I was so tired I sat down on the couch and fell asleep!!
are you feeling better? It could be the water thing, I think Marsha brought up a good point that most of us skip out on it espically the extra liquids when working out. Hope you're feeling better
my exercise was in great force yesterday I got in 2 walks (not including our dunkins walk) and 45 minutes on the bike last night. Today hasn't been as good (short walk earlier), but I'll plan for another walk when I get home!
