WDYET?? *** TUESDAY ***

I'm full of caffeine! Most days my coffee doesn't get to me like this, maybe I drank it faster than normal , but either way going to use the extra energy on a long brisk walk in a few minutes. I made some Thai peanut sauce last night for the left over lo mein noodles. Very tangy, little more zip than I'm use to, but good! My aunt made the most delish pasta salad for my little cousins bday party, it had fruit, veggies and chicken in it. After the lo mein noodles are gone, I'll make that with some whole wheat pasta and tons of chicken heres todays menu! drive to work - 2 drinkable yogurts breakfast - 1 lemon poppy protein muffin... can't wait til these are gone... medium coconut iced coffee, xmilk, 3 splenda (didn't save half for a protein shake ) lunch - Thai peanut sauce over lo mein noodles with chicken and carrots mmmmm drive home - drinkable yogurt dinner - chili not snacking this week, going to see if that helps bring the number on the scale back to where it should be! vitamins - will take when I can drink again... exercise - dunkins walk, 45 minute walk at lunch, 30 min on the bike when I get home! water - 3 16oz. bottles so far hope everyones having a good day!

Well, I think I need more water but otherwise I think I am doing okay with my food. (I can always drink more water so that is nothing new.) I didn't finish the day yesterday so well. I ended up not eating anything for dinner until after 9:30 last night. Then I ate the toppings off of two slices of pizza (hurt my tummy, to fattening I think) and then I ate dibs - SO NOT GOOD! Today is better and my evening should fare better as well. I won't be running errands until after dark. On the way to work - high protein hot chocolate Breakfast - cottage cheese with mandarin oranges snack - banana lunch - 1 oz cheese, grapes snack - mixed nuts (I might eat the turkey meatloaf I brought for lunch but I wasn't up to much eating after the gym.) Dinner - I belive I am cooking chicken marsala tonight. It's a wonderful recipe from Susan Marie Leach. vitamins - done exercise - somewhat done water - really need so much more.
