this is what I ate today...plus I got in all of my vitamins and water....

busy day for me, not much exercise, but tomorrow is another day!
drive to work - juice combination (carrots, strawberries, mango, ginger, lime, kiwi)
1/2 medium coconut iced coffee with a scoop of nectar cappuccino protein
1/2 medium coconut iced coffee, xx-milk, 3 splenda
lunch - 2 protein muffins
drive home - drinkable yogurt
dinner - shrimp lo mein
exercise - short walk
water - 80oz
vitamins - took them
have a good weekend everyone!
