This is what I have so far.....Hope everyone is having a great day....

drive to work - 2 drinkable yogurts
breakfast - 2 mini quiches (broccoli, ham, swiss)
medium coconut iced coffee x-light, 2 splenda
lunch - south beach cranberry walnut chicken mix (didn't eat the jello or pita chips), skipped the mayo and put a little olive oil vinegrette on it..
medium caramel decaf iced coffee, x-light, 2 splenda
dinner - another sb cranberry walnut chicken mix this time with sesame ginger salad dressing (no jello or pita chips)
exercise - already 12000 steps in for the day
water - 120oz
