WDYET?? *** MONDAY ***
Its suppose to be a PERFECT week in New England! I just came back from a walk and am going again for a short 15 minute walk around 1:30 (time for coffee). Going to the mall to pick up a juicer! Since I eat almost no veggies I talked to my nutritionist about doing this, she said we would still absorb the nutrients if juicing fruits and vegetables, so I'm going to try it and see how it goes... I figure why not, I drink yogurt, why not drink veggies too!
Not very hungry today, but did have a shake so maybe thats keeping me full...
drive to work - 1 drinkable yogurt
breakfast - 4 mini ham, broccoli and swiss quiches
lunch - 30 gram Iso Fruit Cantaloupe shake
Medium coconut iced coffee, xx milk, 2 splenda (going to try switching to milk instead of "cream" since dunkin's uses light cream as half and half.. thats a whole lotta fat!!)
drive to the mall - drinkable yogurt
dinner - taco meat with cheese over multi grain tostitos
snack - fruit salad
exercise - 30 min walk, 15 min walk, shopping
water - 32oz so far
vitamins - took them
