I'm totally with you and RuthAnn on this eating thing.....maybe we can start some kind of "accountability" post to stay on track....like a portion control thing. I could sure use any help offered and would love to be a support to others. Like I posted the other day, I felt like I was on an eating frenzy.....and the worst part is I'm still not sure why..... I nominate Goozie for the accountability post and RuthAnn for an exercise post!! what do ya say ladies, even if its not a daily post, maybe it could be once, twice or three times a week? some type of pattern to get our butts back on track!
