another busy day! I just found out that I'll probably be shifted into a new position over the summer. It wouldn't be bad as long as my hours stay the same, its an upgrade in pay and position which would also be nice! today has been a so so day with food, probably because of so many meetings today.. drive to work - drinkable yogurt breakfast - 2 protein muffins lunch - 2.5 oz taco meat, .5oz cheese and 6 multigrain tostitos medium coconut iced coffee, xlight, 2 splenda dinner - morning star chicken patty vitamins - forgot to take them... water - 60 oz in so far exercise - 30 min walk

Breakfast: 1 & 1/2 eggs scrambled with cheese, diced onion & mushrooms. Snack: 1 Strawberry Cottage Cheese Double (Those packets you buy in the yogurt area that have cottage cheese & a flavor like pineapple, strawberry etc). Lunch: 4 small Turkey meatballs w/ BBQ sauce & a little shredded cheddar cheese Snack: Nothing Dinner: I have a super big craving for guacamole! So I think Im gonna have a not so healthy dinner of fresh homemade guacamole (Avocado, tomato, onion, lemon juice, salt & pepper) with some Tostitos Light Tortilla chips.

I'm knocking on wood while reading your post! My brakes feel funny when I'm coming to a quick stop, I'm sure that will be the first big job on my car in the near future. I guess you gotta do it

Sorry for being missing in action so far this week..... I still not eating anything of interest.....just my same old stuff. I did try a new recipe for a chile rellano casserole that I got from the OH recipe board. It was really good..... 5eggs, beaten 3T flour 1/4t salt 1/2t baking powder 1/4t black pepper 1/8t cayenne pepper 1/4t dry mustard 7oz can diced green chiles 2C cottage cheese 1C shredded cheddar/jack cheese Mix everything together. Pour into a 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle top with another 1/4C grated cheese. Bake at 350' for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. (I had to bake mine about 40 minutes) I have been keeping up with my vitamins and exercise, bu****er intake can ALWAYS be better!! Laura A. ps: I always weigh-in on Tuesday nights. Last night I weighed 149. I started my WLS journey at 299. I've now lost 150 pounds.......and can say I've lost more weight than I actually weigh now. Yikes!!!
