WDYET?? *** TUESDAY ***
its a slow day at work so I've gone for a couple walks (2 to other buildings on campus, but I took the long way ;) ) going for another walk soon, time for an iced coffee!!
drive to work - 30 gram isofruit cantaloupe protein shake (I ordered pink lemonade, can't wait to try it!)
breakfast - almost a cup of red grapefruit
lunch - 6 large shrimp in cream sauce with fettuccini noodles
medium coconut iced coffee, x-tra light, 2 splenda (if you're not using straws, you can always ask for your iced coffee in a hot cup, they go 1 size larger to accomidate for the ice (they'll do it at dunkins atleast), just a tip for fellow coffee drinkers )
Dinner - 2.5oz taco meat, .5oz cheese over multi grain tostitos
snack - maybe some soy chips!
water - 65oz so far
vitamins - took them
exercise - all kinds of walking
