WDYET? **SATURDAY & SUNDAY**
today was another beautiful day! we woke up early, went food shopping and walked the charles before breakfast. My 6th Godchild was baptized this afternoon (I've told everyone I've reached my limit ) food choices were ok, still far from my protein goal for the day, but I'll add a shake later. I decided when I woke today that I would rid the closet of clothes that no longer fit, put away the boots and get out the sandals and summer shoes! If it gets cold again, so be it, but I'm done wearing fleece and cords all week! Tomorrow is suppose to be 80, hopefully it stays that way!!
Heres my day
before my walk - Asian pear
breakfast - 1 poached egg, half slice of wheat toast, 2 slices bacon
lunch - 2 meatballs, couple tablespoons of chicken salad, 2 slices provolone cheese, handful of chips with dip
dinner - meatloaf and mashed potatoes
20 gram iso fruit protein shake
exercise - walked part of the charles river
water - 32 in so far, will work on it the rest of the day
vitamins - took them
