Quick post, leaving for a meeting in a few. hope everyones doing well!
drive to work - medium caramel coconut coffee, x-light, 2 splenda... so yummy!
breakfast - 2 protein muffins
snack - drinkable yogurt
lunch - shrimp scampi
dinner - vals chicken
snack - asian pear w/ gorgonzola cheese
iso fruit cantaloupe protein shake
water - 4th bottle so far
vitamins - took them
exercise - 20 minute walk

Breakfast: bagel (not the best choice!)
Lunch: California Wrap (crabmeat, lettuce cucumbers and sliced avacado)
Snack: Advant Edge protein bar
Dinner: chef salad
Snack: NSA Fudgsicle
Water: 50 ounces in thus far
Vitamins: all in
Exercise: spinning again tonight (3 days this week...I'll be dragging by Friday!
But I love it! )

As usual, I'm eating the same things day after day.....it's just easy and comfortable I guess.
Darlene needs to come back with all her wonderful menu ideas. She ALWAYS had good stuff to eat!!!

1/2C cottage cheese with 1/2C SF jello
bag of corn nuts
That silly bag of corn nuts gave me big time grief today too!!! I had been craving corn nuts, but then ended up eating the whole little bag......BAD thing for me to do. I made myself soooo sick and ended up "passed out" on the couch in the ladies room at work. 35g of carbs......1.7oz bag....WAY TOO MANY CARBS ALL AT ONCE!!!!!! I hope to never, ever do that again (at least not at work).
vitamins: all in
water: SOS (same old story) always can be better
exercise: just the walk over to my support group meeting at work
