****WDYET?**** Friday
So I have been cleaning all day...hubby is starting vacation at 5pm tonight so wanted to get some major cleaning done today and I can actually say that if I quit cleaning now I would be happy with my progress...I am so happy for this new tool...I know a year ago I would not have gotten as much done as I did today...I hope everyone has a great weekend....

1 slice Bread, whole-wheat, commercially prepared, toasted
1 lg Egg, whole, cooked, hard-boiled
Dinner: Not sure what having for supper...will update when I decide.
Snack:
1 scp Designer Protein Whey (Trader Joe's) French Vanilla
1 ser Achiev One Vanilla Nut
1 Zone Perfect Snack Size Fudge Graham

I'm still eating pretty much the same things as every day, but I'll post anyway....
Early morning: coffee with sweetner and SF hazelnut creamer
breakfast: strawbery protein drink
mid-morning: 1oz beef jerky
lunch: 1/2C cottage cheese with 1/2C NSA fruit ****tail
mid-afternoon: Tri-o-plex brand high protein oatmeal raisin cookie
2nd afternoon snack: cheese stick and 3/4C sliced strawberries
dinner: no clue yet....maybe something left-over in the fridge?
vitamins: all in
water: always can be better
exercise: 2mile walk with "the hill"
Have a great weekend everyone....wonder what stylz' is doing in Miami right now? Maybe having some Cuban cuisine???
