what a great day to do anything but work!
me and my partner in crime at work went for a walk to this new oriental supermarket. The place is huge, we were there for so long walking up and down the aisles looking at all the different foods, they had an entire one side of an aisle dedicated to rice noodles and the other side dedicated to different style mushrooms. Thats the greatest thing about the city I work in, such diverse of nationalities you can find anything here!
we came back and went for another walk, this time to the salon and it seems like we weren't the only 2 with the thought of being away from work.. we ran into 4 or 5 more people while walking to and from (and one at the salon lol). Its Friday, what the heck right??
heres my day.. haven't had much to eat, but it will add up tonight at dinner.. Meeting up with bf's brother and his new gf, should be fun..
drinkable yogurt when I got to work
breakfast - 2 protein muffins
lunch - almost a cup of ruby red grapefruit
nectar protein shake
drive home - 2 drinkable yogurts
dinner - steak tips with some type of veggie and a few bites of potato I'm so in the mood for steak!!
being good tonight, no drinks.. blood work for my 1 year appt taken next week
exercise - steps already say 3.8 miles woo hooo
water - only 40oz so far, will get the rest in today no problem
vitamins - took my multi, will take my b-complex in a few

Ohhh I love Asian supermarkets. We have a HUGE Asian supermarket here like that, it has a ton of stuff. I LOVVVEEE Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, I eat it on my eggs most mornings except Im out right now I love to walk around and browse all the stuff. My older brother has lived in korea the past 3 years or so, and when he came to visit we took him there and he just loved it, and cooked us some yummy stuff.
Ok so I don't want any judgements on my breakfast! Im sorry... it was horrible LOL I know!

Breakfast: 1/3 Sourdough Jack (From Jack n The Box)
Snack: Pepper Jack Cheese Stick & A Medium Banana
Lunch: 1/2 Stuffed Chicken Breast (Last of my leftovers) & approx 1/4C Mixed Veggies.
Snack: Lite Yogurt
Dinner: Im unsure, Im alone tonight.....EJ had a half day off work, and has gone fishing overnight with his Dad & Brother. Im alone, and will be cake decorating most of tonight-- the cake is gonna be cool, I'll post a picture this weekend.
The protein cut is helping, down 165# as of this morning.

Ooooh.....vacation eating is the worst!!!
breakfast: cookies and cream protein drink
lunch: 1/2C broccoli salad and 1/2C tuna/egg salad
late afternoon: some "turtles" flavored ice cream......birthday stuff got me today!!!.....and then it made me sick!!! why do I do that to myself??!!
vitamins: all in
water: bad, bad, bad
exercise: nada
I'm going to do better tomorow.....
