WDYET?? *** WEDNESDAY ***
Hi Everyone....Sorry about missing this post yesterday. Things have been crazy at my house with birthday celebrations and getting things ready for them. I sure could have used a couple of Darlene's cakes this week!!
early morning: coffee with sweetner an SF french vanilla creamer.....this is becoming a habit I think
breakfast: banana cream protein drink on the drive to work
mid-morning: 1/2C cottage cheese with 1/2C lemon jello....almost like lemon meringue
lunch: 3oz ground turkey with peach&pineapple salsa
mid-afternoon: 1oz beef jerky
dinner: 1 baby back riblette 1/2C pinto beans with cheese
I have stayed away from all the birthday cake and ice cream.....and actually have not even missed it at all.
water: could be a whole lot better....only about 50oz
vitamins: all in
exercise: 2 mile walk with the big hill....I'm thinking I need to start some upper body "muscle building" something or other. I need to work on some arm strength. Any suggestions?
I'm on vacation now until next Tuesday. Sorry things look like snow back east....it's bright and sunny in NorCal.

I googled the Barilla Plus pasta....looks interesting. If anyone tries it, let us know.
