Here is a website that tells you how many calories, fat, carb, protein you need to maintain your weight. You fill in your criteria and it calculates the data.

This says I should be consuming 1,676 calories per day for Extreme Fat Loss. I consume about 400 fewer calories per day. Where, oh where is my Extreme Fat Loss?!?!?!
I would love some Extreme Fat Loss soon!
