Another week almost over, time is flying warm spring time weather will be here in no time! I made the most incredible cold sesame noodles today. Even after I was full I kept thinking about eating more and more, but decided to put them in portion containers so I could bring them to work this way I wont keep picking! Great sweet, salty, spicy flavors with a garlic/ginger kick at the end mmmm can't wait for dinner! Jannine - the protein muffins are made by Sci Fit, its a powdered mix (each muffin is 8 gr of protein). Rumor has it the company discontinued making this product. I haven't found it in stores, but have found it on ebay there are 3 flavors I've gotten (lemon poppy, blueberry and pinapple vanilla) The pineapple ones are good, but has a little protein powder taste to them, blueberry taste just like blueberry espically when adding fresh blueberries to the mix I haven't tried lemon as of yet. drive to work - drinkable yogurt breakfast - 2 protein muffins snack - 2 oz. garlic & herb cheddar cheese lunch - cold sesame noodles with peanuts drive home - drinkable yogurt dinner - cold sesame noodles with peanuts snack - drinkable yogurt 30gram iso fruit cantaloupe shake exercise - 20 minute walk vitamins - took em' water - 40oz so far, ill finish the other 40 before bed. hope everyones having a great day

Breakfast: 1/2C Cottage cheese with 1/2C Fresh Pineapple Snack: Pepper Jack Cheese Stick Lunch: 2 Turkey Meatballs with sauce, and approx 1/4C Pasta Snack: Lite Strawberry Yogurt & 5 Fresh Strawberries. Dinner: Shanghai Steak (Asian marinated steak) & a small spinach salad.
