WDYET?? *** WEDNESDAY ***
another day...
It feels like when I take my walk in the afternoons the rest of the day flies by! Maybe when its warmer in the morning I'll take a short walk in the morning and my regular walk in the afternoon. Theres a 2 mile walk along the river that is so nice, my goal is to start walking that at lunch with a friend at work. it seems like everyone here says yes! lets walk, but when it comes down to it they either dont call or they forgot their sneakers or yadda yadda yadda.. I probably shouldnt complain since before surgery, I'm sure I was the same way!!
drive to work - 2 drinkable yogurts (couldn't resist the second one lol)
breakfast - 2 protein muffins
coffee - med. carmel x-light, 2 splenda @ dunkins
lunch - last of Rebeka's shrimp salad
drive home - iso fruit cantaloupe protein shake
dinner - Val's chicken
snack - either mini rice cakes or grapefruit
exercise - 35 minute walk
water - lots of it so far
vitamins - got them in!

Breakfast: oatmeal with a sliced banana
Snack: banana muffin
Lunch: Wrap with ham, swiss cheese, lettuce and dijon mustard
Snack: Thin mints!!!! (They are now officially all gone!)
Dinner: Chef salad
Snack: NSA Fudgsicle
Vitamins: all in
Water: 60 ounces so far, more later
Exercise: Spinning tonight!
Why is it only Wednesday????

have been doing lots of yard work the past few day...and burning up some major calories...I woke up this morning verrrry hungry...and it was weird...because I have not felt this kind of hunger in a long time....makes me a little bit nervous...I think I am getting stuck at this weight because I have been having 1/2 sandwiches for lunch so I am gonna cut them back out and see if that helps....
karen, what is your recipe for protein muffins they sound good..but whenever I eat a reg muffin mr pouch says...I don't think so...I don't get sick but it sits like a lead balloon in my pouch....
breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with cheese
lunch: 5 chicken fries, 1/4 french fries BK
snack: AchievOne Capachino
dinner: not sure yet...kids have choir practice tonight I have everyone else taken care of for supper but not myself.
snack achievone with extra scoop of protein powder....
