I dont know if its taking the vitamins every day, the walking, eating the right things or a combination of everything but I feel great! Just came back from my walk and its finally nice outside (for today atleast)..
drive to work - 1 drinkable yogurt (going to try and cut back to 2 a day)
breakfast - 2 protein muffins
lunch - Rebeka's shrimp salad
snack - 1 drinkable yogurt
drive home - achievone with an extra 1/2 scoop of protein
dinner - Val's chicken
snack - 9 wheat grain mini cakes
vitamins - took them
water - 50oz already in will get the other 30 in between now and bed time
exercise - 1.5 mile walk
how's everyone doing today?
Off to kind of a lazy start, breakfast wasn't great, we were in a rush.
Breakfast: 1 Smuckers PB&J Uncrustable Sandwich
Snack: An Apple & a Monterey Jack Cheese Stick
Lunch: 2 Turkey Meatballs w/ 1/4C Pasta & Sauce.
Snack: A little more of my lunch.
Dinner: Its support group tonight, we are going to Applebee's after. They have an awesome grilled half chicken w/ a yummy salad... If I can convince EJ to share with me, it will probably be that.
Breakfast: oatmeal with sliced banana (I am sooo boring!)
Snack: banana muffin
Lunch: Tuna salad, crackers and LC light cheese
Snack: Atkins Caramel Protein Bar (thought I'd try it. Not bad!)
Dinner: Leftovers: either chicken or hamburger pattie cut up over a salad
Snack: I'm sure I'll eat my NSA Fudgsicle
I wonder if 3 snacks a day is bad!
Water: 52 ounces in so far
Vitamins: all in
Exercise: slept in the morning so headed to the gym for cardio tonight

Hi, sorry I haven't been here in a while, still struggling day to day. But I have noticed that I have not been eating very much lately, and so I started to put things in Fit day again, to see where I am at. I am not getting enough protein, so tomorrow, I will start protein drinks again...

Glad to see everyone seems to be doing so well. You guys are great for different meal ideas. I really need to change things up a bit...

Hiya Nanette. I eat WAY more than you! I average between 1100 and 1300 calories each day. Are you still losing? I'd say that if you are meeting your minimum protein and vitamin requirements and still losing, you're on the right track. Personally, I find it very difficult to stay below 1100. I wish I could! I just get too hungry!
