WDYET?? *** THURSDAY ***
busy day at work, no time to sit and eat like I should be
drive to work - 2 drinkable yogurts
breakfast - 4 mini quiches
achievone with an extra 1/2 scoop of protein
lunch - 2 drinkable yogurts
dinner - ricotta, mozzarella, tomato sauce mixture
snack - soy chips
vitamins - took them!
water - 30 oz so far
exercise - 30 min walk later this afternoon
hope everyones doing well!

I promised myself that at my 1 year anniversry I would not hide out
anymore and "get back to the boards"......so here I am!!
early morning: coffee with SF hazelnut creamer
breakfast: cookies and cream protein drink on the way to work
mid-morning: 1/2 C cottage cheese with 1/2 C SF jello
lunch: tomato lentil soup and 2 slices turkey rolled up with 2 slices swiss cheese
mid-afternoon: 1oz beef jerky
dinner: chicken and spinach salad
vitamins: all in
water: 30oz in.....still working on more
exercise: does walking to the cafeteria for lunch count?

L: 4 chicken wings, 1 c. green beans w/cheese
D: dh is supposedly cooking scallops
.....mind you in FOURTEEN years together he's cooked for me exactly FOUR times (that includes while i was pregnant!)...so i'm a little skeptical, but I have high hopes
water: 64oz, 2 btls to go
vits done
exer: mall walked--1 mi.
weighed in at 159 today! WOO HOOO, I'm sure it will bounce back up tmw, but WOOHOOO--maybe I just won't weigh!
