WDYET?? *** WEDNESDAY ***
our walking program starts next Monday dont know much about it, but everyone at work is excited about it! Busy day followed by an even more busy day tomorrow.. Trying to get in my foods, but it isn't easy being on the run all day.
drive to work - 2 drinkable yogurts
breakfast - 3 mini quiches
snack - 3 mini quiches
lunch - ricotta, parm, mozzerella mixture with tomato sauce
drive home - 2 drinkable yogurts
dinner - soy chips
exercise - walk to dunkin donuts for free iced coffee day
vitamins - took em!
water - about 70oz so far
happy first day of spring everyone!
