My one year differences

I weighed in today and took my measurements.. I can't believe the difference in a year!!!!! measurements 3/18/06 - 3/18/07 - difference upper arm 15 - 11 - (4) lower arm 11 - 8.75 - (2.25) bust 50 - 38 - (12) 2" above navel 56 - 37.5 - (18.5) 2' below navel 56 - 39 - (17) hips 56 - 36 - (19) thighs 27 - 18.5 - (8.5 * 2 = 17) calf 19 - 15 - (4 * 2 = 8) total = 97.75 Starting weight - 261.2 Surgery weight - 250.0 Today's weight - 138.8 111.2 since surgery, 122.4 total I feel AMAZING and I owe all of you a thank you for being there through the ups and downs of my post - op journey! love you all

Hello, How many people do you know that can say they have lost 10 feet in a year. Way to go. You not only have lost, but you have gained so much as well. Thank you for sharing with us. Life is great, Rick

Stylz, woman, that's a lot of inches!!! I'm so glad that you are feeling good about yourself. I was having these same thoughts today as I got off my scale. I've lost three pounds in the last two weeks versus one pound in all of last month!

I know it's due to the increase in exercise. More than that, I feel so healthy! I also feel very fortunate to be given this opportunity to find a healthy body underneath all that weight. While I have a long way to go in my journey, if I never lost another pound or inch it would still have been worth it. You go girl! Keep it up! Hugs, Stephanie
