Lunch: Chicken Ceasar Salad wrap at the Vermont Flower Show
Dinner: 6 grilled shrimp, 1/3 cup of brown rice and 1/4 cup of corn
Snack: 1 NSA Fudgsicle
Water: only about 50 ounces
Vitamins: just now realized I forgot to take them!
Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the bike and 2 sets of ab machines - burned 350 calories

heres my saturday
breakfast - 2 eggs with 1 sausage link and 1/2 slice of sour dough bread
lunch - 3 steak tips with a couple bites of broccoli in garlic sauce and few T of mashed potatoes
late dinner - 5 grilled shrimp and some spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips
