happy humday everyone!!
today was a little better food wise, but still don't feel like eating. just drinking...
drive to work - drinkable yogurt.. only 1 this time
breafkast - weight control yogurt with 2/3c smart milk
snack 2/3 c. sf chai mixed with 2/3 c. smart milk
lunch 2.5 oz. chicken breast
snack - drinkable yogurt
drive home - drinkable yogurt
dinner... maybe some fruit with gorgonzola cheese
30 gram protein shake between dinner and bed to make sure I've got enough protein in for the day.
vitamins - doing ok.. took my multi and b complex so far, will have a citracal bite before I leave and one tonight
exercise - froze like a popsicle, but walked to the post office with a co-worker. good thing for my puffy long north face coat!! my saviour
water - plenty of it. i've been mixing the hot and cold from the watercooler to make it warm enough not to get the

you found sf carmel pudding too? I think I'm the only one in OH land that cant find this stuff Grocery Shopping on Saturday maybe I should make it a scavenger hunt for sf pudding!
I found morning star farms makes chicken nuggets and boneless buffalo wings.. Theyre made of soy protein. I gave one to a student who comes to see me between her classes... the face she made before trying it and learning it was soy was what I expected, but when she tried it she said.. those are actually good!! proves healthy things can actually taste good
12 grams of protein in 5 nuggets and I think the breading is wheat flour! dipped them in some low fat bleu cheese dressing felt like I was at a restaurant lol
I put mine in a crockpot...these days because my sister bought me one...with Dale's Seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper with a bit of water and cook it all day before I got the crockpot I would either cook it in the oven or in a pot on the stove depending on if I was going to be home to watch it...I also add a can or a packet of brown gravy to mine once it is done...I also put carrotts and potatos in mine...so actually mine ends up being more like beef stew espcially if I cook iit n the crockpot all day...some times I don't add the veggies and with the left over I'll either make BBQ or rolled taco's

its late for dinner, but I had a coffee around 4 and wasn't very hungry, an hour later I had another drinkable yogurt.. thats 4 today, I might need a support group for my drinkable yogurt lol
I forgot tivo had a yoga, ab routine waiting for me so I did that tonight.. 45 minute class, loved it!
Just finished 32 oz. of water so that brings me up to atleast 90oz. for the day
dinner is going to be some shrimp with cream sauce and a few ribbons of spinach fettuccini noodles (dont want it to go bad)
I'll indulge in a pear with gorgonzola cheese while watching Lost
