WDYET?? *** Monday ***
Morning everyone. Things are getting better, all my energy right now is going into working things out with hubby. We are on the mend and I refuse to give up on us. The good thing is he wants to work it out too. I still spend a lot of my day worrying about everything, my stomach feeling in knots, my heart racing, but I can only hope that those things will get better. I don't feel much like eating, which is very unusual for me, but I am trying to make sure I eat 3x a day at least.
B: LF cheddar and pepperoni
L: small piece of eggplant parmesan
D: meatloaf, spinach, 1 tsp of mashed potatos
S: cheez its
Drank all my water/green tea
took most of my vitamins
went to curves for 30 minutes
I suppose the good thing out of all of this is that the scale is finally moving again. I am down 4 pounds this week which is my largest loss in 3 months.
