Happy Tuesday! Back to work which means back to eating when I should and walking at lunch!
Started Fat Smash today with a lady at work so far so good!
Drive to work - protein shake
Breakfast - weight control Oatmeal with 2/3cup milk
Snack - drinkable yogurt
Lunch - 4 chicken meatballs (from italian wedding soup) and 1/2 cup sweet potato
drive home from work - drinkable yogurt
Dinner - morning star farms burger
snack - 1/2 grapefruit
protein shake before bed
just went for a 30 minute walk, already have in 32 oz. of water and vitamins woo hoo
hows everyone doing ?
3 (8 oz) cups of coffee
breakfast...never got to it
lunch mc chicken patty from the $1 menu
12 oz flat diet soda
snack 2 oz beef jerky and 4 nutter butter cookies
4 oz water
dinner 3 oz left over steak I cooked in crockpot yesterday
gotta lot more water to get in
snack tonight I am going to eat some more steak since I missed breakfast
