I drink coffee too. Actually as I type this I am drinking a SF vanilla skinny latte.
You should up your water though. Caffeine is dehydrating and my nutritionist said that there are some studies out there that say there is an ingerdient in coffee that interferes with the absorbtion of iron.
I haven't had any problems so far, except the caffeine jitters affect me alot more now.
