My only plan for Valentine's Day is to try not to be depressed about being alone. That's my goal anyway!
Breakfast: WC Oatmeal with 3/4 c fat free Hood dairy beverage
Lunch: stuffed bell pepper, 1 slice spanish cinnamon cheesecake (SF of course), 1 TB cool-whip free
Snack: 1 oz. rf sharp cheddar and 1/2 c grapes
Dinner: stuffed bell pepper. I had planned to make salmon and asparagus but I'm coming down with a cold and didn't feel like cooking....so I ate more leftovers!
Snack: 1/2 c cottage cheese with Splenda and cinnamon
Before bed: 8 oz. fat free Hood steamed
