WDYET??? *** Wednesday ***
Happy Hump Day everyone!!!! Don't even look at my dinner tonight! LOL. It's pay day, so we are allowed to eat out tonight... we are poor, yup even after being paid... so we picked something cheap, and we didn't pick healthy!!!! I picked something Ive been kinda craving.... but it's my one meal "out" this paycheck, and a treat-- we don't get fast food any other time.

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg with diced bacon, green bell pepper, onion, a little grated cheese & some thai sweet chili sauce.
Snack: Pepperjack cheese stick & a medium banana
Lunch: Left over chicken enchilada casserole (No tortillas- Chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, green chilies, olives, corn & cheese) and a serving of Ka**** Grain crackers.
Snack: Lite Yogurt
Dinner: EJ and I are sharing a Sonic corn dog & cheese tater tot's! (See I told you! hahaha)
That put's me on the higher end of my calorie range today at 1014 calories.

Ohhhhhhhhhhh yum! We dont have sonics anywhere near us but I was just about drooling over the hot dog/tator commercial last night. Oh lord that looks good. I got a chili dog last week at a hot dog stand and it was horrible! Maybe i'll go buy some chili and make it myself. Oh i'm jealous. Enjoy it for me will ya?
My favorite thing at Sonic is the ice! Everything tastes better with Soni****!
Breakfast: Quaker WC oatmeal, 3/4 c fat free Hood
Lunch: leftover enchilada casserole, 2 T salsa, 1/4 c chocolate raspberry mousse
Snack: 1 oz. reduced fat sharp cheddar, 1/2 c grapes
Dinner: Cheese souffle, 1/2 c white chocolate mousse with 2 sliced strawberries
Snack: 1/2 c fat free cottage cheese with Splenda and cinnamon
Before bed: 8 oz. fat free Hood with 1 oz. SF Davinci syrup

I've got a ton of desserts in the fridge because of the dinner parties I had Saturday and Monday. Fortunately they are healthy (low fat, low calorie and high protein) so I don't feel guilty about eating them!
Exercise: 25 mins Latin Dancing DVD in the a.m., about to do 45 mins of strength training (upper and lower body tonight)
Liquids: 32 oz. herbal tea, 16 oz. water so far. Will do 16 oz. water during/after exercise and probably 8-12 oz. ruby red grapefruit Crystal Light later in the evening.
