Meal 1 - Drinkable Yogurt (6 gr) Meal 2 - Cheese stick (7 gr) Meal 3 - 5 shrimp with a little light cream cheese sauce (yummy, yummy) (15 gr) Meal 4 - Drinkable Yogurt (6 gr) Meal 5 - 3oz. Shredded beef (21 gr) Protein drink 1 - IsoFruit Cantaloupe w/ sunrise crystal light (30 gr) Protein drink 2 - Health smart cold drink (lemonade) (15 gr) Vitamins - took my multi and b complex in the morning.. 1 calcium in the afternoon, forgot the other calcium Exercise - 20 flights of stairs 20 minute walk at lunch Water - 76 oz no snacks, no caffeine surprisingly!
