ok: breakfast: drinkable yogurt lunch 3.5 oz of Thin & Trim Roast beef snack 2 Sorrento Pepper jack Chese Sticks dinner: probably chili with beef and beans snack: coffee with 1 scoop of protein powder I hope I am doing this right..... jannine

looks great Jannine. how are the pepper jack cheese sticks? I saw a commercial for all the new cheeses they have in cheese stick form (pepper jack, colby jack, muenster, cheddar, probably a few others I missed)

Janine, just make sure you are getting 5 mini-meals with 3 oz. protein in each meal...you can add in sugar free jello...etc. I need one more 3 oz meal, but I am so full right now, don't know if I can do it or not!!!! Barb

ok heres my yesterday... Meal 1 - Drinkable Yogurt (6 gr) Meal 2 - Cheese stick (7 gr) Meal 3 - 5 shrimp with a little light cream cheese sauce (yummy, yummy) (15 gr) Meal 4 - Drinkable Yogurt (6 gr) Meal 5 - 3oz. Shredded beef (21 gr) Protein drink 1 - IsoFruit Cantaloupe w/ sunrise crystal light (30 gr) Protein drink 2 - Health smart cold drink (lemonade) (15 gr) Vitamins - took my multi and b complex in the morning.. 1 calcium in the afternoon, forgot the other calcium Exercise - 20 flights of stairs 20 minute walk at lunch Water - 76 oz no snacks, no caffeine surprisingly!
