Morning all. Its support group day for me, EJ's Mom is facilitating, so we picked where to go for dinner afterwards. We decided on Baja Fresh cause it's yummy, they have some very healthy options, and it's quick and easy... heck I already know what Im having for dinner... hehe. I finished another cake this morning for a girl at EJ's work... so tonight Im going to get my cake pictures online from the last few days. I didn't have a great breakfast, we were late... I went to grab some cereal and we had no milk... so I ended up buying something from the cafeteria at work.. UGH -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Breakfast: 1 scoop of breakfast potatoes with ketchup (potatoes, seasonings, onion & bell pepper)--- Its hard to figure the calories on this one, I added the potatoes, veggies and then added some extra margarine in my counting cause I figure they use fat of some kind... (160 Calories) Snack: 3/4oz PJ Cheese Stick & a medium Gala Apple (160 Calories) Lunch: Salad (1C Spinach, 3oz Albacore Tuna, Red Bell Pepper, Red Onion, Sugar Snap Peas, a small sprinkling of peanuts & lite dressing)-- 239 calories-- would have been much better if I'd left the peanuts out Snack: A small lite fruit cup & a serving of Quaker Honey Graham Rice cakes (110 Calories) Dinner: Hubby & I will be sharing a Baja Fresh Bare Burrito (Burrito bowl)-- Rice, beans, chicken, sauteed onion & bell pepper, sour cream & salsa. A whole bowl is 610 calories, I can eat about 1/4 so that will make dinner 163 calories. Im going to stay away from the tortilla chips tonight. That gives me a total of approx 830 calories for the day. Good day

Its boring because I eat pretty much the same things everyday. I always end up with leftovers when I cook and eat the same thing for a week at a time. Ugh. But I will have to say, steak and zuchini are my favorites things so I don't mind eating that for a week. Kathy

I eat the same thing consistently too. I live alone so I always have a ton of leftovers! Fortunately I don't mind eating the same things over and over!
