Hmmm lets see...
Bfast: 1 egg, 2 slices of bacon and 1/2 slice of toast
Snack: a banana and probably 1/2 pot of coffee (not decaf, no protien )
Lunch: 1/2 kids size barbecue sandwich
Snack: sick...bread and sauce was bad idea
Dinner: Special K protien Cereal
ANOTHER snack: Cottage cheese
ANOTHER snack: yogurt
Too much grazing, not enough dense protien
Water: eh...
Vitamins: yes
Exercise: cleaned the house , but that was it
