busy day!! I'm replacing carpet in one of the bedrooms at my place. It would have cost an extra $200 for them to come in and rip up the carpet so I decided, what better way to work out than rip up carpet right?? I re-did my room 2 years ago (carpet, paint, furniture, window treatments, blinds, pictures) and ripped the carpet up for that project so I knew what I was getting into. It didn't seem as bad this time as last.. (maybe weighing less is why we started and finished today?? ) heres my day.. woke up late (gotta love sleeping in on weekends) protein shake before yoga class (90 min class.. love it!) after the gym - 1/2 cup chicken salad made with avocado and cashews (great recipe I found on a site years ago) before the carpet adventure - achievone with extra 1/2 scoop of protein made corn chowder again for tomorrow game, had about 1/2 cup of it (made it with ff half and half this time) and 1T bacon bits Making sausage tortellini soup so I can have 3 crock pots going for tomorrows game (corn chowder, chili and sausage tortellini soup) and I can relax instead of cooking all day! I'm using Emeril's Habanero and green chile sausage (chicken and apple had 6gr of sugar per link, still not eating sugar). Also made mini meatballs to add to the soup, made the base tonight, I'll add the tortellini tomorrow so they don't over cook. Anyone try Monterey Pasta Co. whole wheat cheese tortellini? These things are so good. I've used them in all kinds of pasta salads, with sauce and now in soup! Staying in tonight, tired from the project today. Rented a couple movies at blockbuster me and bf are already relaxing on the couch! Probably pop a bag of 100 cal microwave popcorn for the movie and a cup of steamed smart milk with sf gingerbread syrup later tonight, what a treat exercise - yoga, moving furniture and removing carpet water - plenty on my 3rd - 32oz nalgene bottle vitamins - took em' hows everyone else doing today?

I was busy all day and kept forgeting to eat! Finally took my Christmas stuff down, then cleaned/organized my kitchen then moved on to the bedroom closet. Turns out only 1/8 of my clothes really fit me. Another 3/8 are too big, but not sloppy big, so I'll try to wear for a few more weeks. The other 1/2 are HUGE and going on Ebay so I have money to buy more clothes that actually fit! Oh and in the mail today came a dress I bought on Ebay last week for $15 (including shipping). It still has it's $218 price tag on it! It's hot pink silk and fits perfectly! Now I just wish I had somewhere to wear it...I need a hot date! Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean Hot Cereal, Truly Vanilla and 2/3 cup Hood Calorie Countdown Lunch: 1/2 c grapes and 1 oz. reduced fat sharp cheddar Snack: 2.5 oz shrimp (my 1yr old nephew ate the other 1/2 oz. Turns out he loves shrimp!) and 2 T homemade ****tail sauce Dinner: 1 cup Darlene's white chicken chili and 1/4 c fat free shredded cheddar cheese. Yummy!!!! Snack: 1/2 baked apple and 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese with splenda and cinnamon Before bed: 8 oz. Hood Calorie Countdown and 1 oz. SF DaVinci Syrup..maybe raspberry tonight. 747 calories, 84 g protein

Breakfast: 1/2 bagel w/ 2 tbs peanut butter w/ cup of coffee. Lunch: cup of chili at Chilis w/ 3/4 of a small side cesear. 1 bite of DH's hamburger. Mid afternoon: Cup of coffee from Starbucks and ended up eating a whole espresso brownie bar. I don't think that will be happening again too soon. No, it did not make me feel sick, but I felt sick. I felt sick with guilt. I cannot believe how bad for a few hours I felt because I ate that. Dinner: Went to friends for dinner and movie. They made a dish with penne pasta, beef, mushrooms and a cream sauce. Had about a cup of it, salad, and asparagus. Later during movie they made a pizza roll thing I had some of that and my shake in the evening.
