WDYET??? *** Thursday ***
Breakfast: Oatmeal/ almonds / soy milk
Mid morning: Protein shake 35 gm, almonds
Lunch: Salad w/ broccli, onion, cheese (2oz)
Mid afternoon: finished the almonds I brought
Dinner: 2 oz salmon, 1/4 mashed potatoes, shrimp wonton soup
Eve: skipped the protein shake at night, had a cup of tea w/ a 100 cal sensibles bar.
2 bottles of water. Need to work on this. I've definately not been drinking enough water.
I didn't take my snacks to work other than nuts which is normal. I survived, wasn't too bad. But did have one in the evening. Though I chose that over a protein shake, not sure that is good, the protein would have been better for me. But overall much better day.
