bloating--could it be some kind of block?

Hi there! I have not posted much, I am afraid I am a lurker. I have been feeling very bloated as if I drank a gallon of water and I feel too full to eat. Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be a stricture? I have had no problems in the 10 months since my surgery. I would appreciate any help you might have. Thank You! Jeanne

That doesn't sound anything like a stricture to me. I haven't had that happen, I don't have much insight--- is it near your period? have you eaten a lot of salt lately, anything changed that may leave you feeling this way? Perhapds acid issues could-- do you take any acid reducers (nexium, Prilosec etc)? Gas? You may want to call your surgeons office just to see if they have any ideas.
