I saved it to my favorites.... My issue is that I only have 2 huge crocpots... I don't use them much because it's too much food for just me and EJ. If I don't fill the crockpots up, stuff tends to overcook around the edges... I need a smaller crockpot, so I can make more manigable sized meals for EJ and me that won't end up going to waste.

Ok I spent some time browsing around, great site! Ive decided to make some white chicken chili in the crockpot tonight--- Im not going to use a recipe from there, but I got some good ideas from the site and will create my own.
